Meet our Leaders 

Bobby (Senior Pastor) & Debbie (Women's/Worship Pastor)

Bobby and Debbie Shank joined the pastoral team at Belvoir AG in January 1999. Bobby is passionate about seeing people grow to be authentic disciples of Christ.  His sermons and teachings weekly challenge the congregation in their relationship with Christ.

Bobby is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and has pastored and served churches in Maryland and Virginia prior to Belvoir.   Bobby and Debbie are celebrating 31 years of ministry this year.

Debbie is also a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God and serves as the Women’s/Worship Pastor at Belvoir.  She is also completing her Certification in Life Coaching.  She has a passion to mentor, encourage and lead women closer to the heartbeat of God. 

Bobby and Debbie have two grown children and three grandchildren.    

Butch & Lisa (Associate/Youth Pastor)

Butch and Lisa Hammond joined the staff at Belvoir AG in March of 2008. They have a passion for missions and youth.  Butch and Lisa's desire is to see youth become rocks upon which Christ can grow His Church.

Butch is a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God and has been serving the Lord in full-time ministry for almost two decades.

Butch and Lisa have been married for 26 years and have one grown child.

 Janice (Children's Director)

Janice Hutton joined the ministry team at Belvoir AG as the Children’s Director in 2006.  She has been an active member of the church since 2000.  Her passion is to grow God’s Kingdom one child at a time. 

Janice loves kids and also serves in the community as a volunteer at MUMPS preschool and the library in Marshall, VA.  She is married and has three children.
